1. How can I find a specific item online?
To search for a specific item using the style name (or style number), please use our search box at the top of the page.

2. How do I place an order?
Once you have added an item to your shopping bag, you can start the checkout process by selecting "checkout" from the shopping bag bar at the top of your screen. Or to place an order by phone, please call our Customer Service team at 1-800-292-0068.

3. Can I place an international order?
No, we cannot currently take orders from countries other than Canada. Also, you can only place an order in the country from which your credit card was issued.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning it to one of our store locations in Canada or to return it by courier. See the return policy section for more details.
