A lot happened in the last 10 years!
We just celebrated the opening of our 39th store in Quebec last month and we can’t believe we were opening our very first one 10 years ago at Fairview Centre in Toronto. A lot happened in these last 10 years. Here’s a small recap of our love for music, arts, Canada, collabs - and, yep, shoes.
It’s always been important for us to support our local music scene and that’s why we are proud sponsors of POP Montreal Music Festival since the last few years. That is also why we took a train to Toronto with Chromatic and Converse in 2013 and invited guests to customize their sneakers while DJs supplied the beats. The same year, in fall 2013, we toured across Canada in our bright blue van for a series of pop-up shops while presenting shows and events at each stop.
Five years ago, we launched our very own magazine and it was the beginning of many collaborations with artists and ambassadors. We are already at issue 22 and are really proud of all the work that’s been accomplished. The prizes and the collaborations with all the creative minds we got to meet along the way fills us with happiness.
These 10 years were also marked by many collabs with brands we love. We think of our Montreal friends at Frank & Oak, or the collab with Vans in 2014 when we got to create our own design!
We moved to our brand’s namesake neighbourhood in Montreal 2 years ago, and we keep working on many projects so that we can remember them when we celebrate our 20 years!
