Flash back 100 years ago and you would be surprised to know that iconic boot manufacturer Palladium wasn’t quite the brand you know today. In fact, they didn’t manufacture boots at all. They were manufacturers of plane tires - the most popular plan tire manufacturer in Europe to be exact.

Once WWII came to an end, the demand for tires in the aeronautics industry fell dramatically. It was then that Palladium decided to recycle its canvas and rubber resources to create boots.
