"Nice but tight"

After paying for the shoes I wore it right away in the store. Just 5-10min walking in the mall I got blisters on the back. The foot size is ok but the ankle part is very tight. The next day anothet blister on sides of my ankle. If I can just exchange it to a bigger size but its already worn.

Love them. For reference, I usually wear size 7.5-8 US in women shoes and the 4.5 UK in these fits perfectly.
